Boehner Plans to Sue President Obama

Picture from NewsWeek
An article in NewsWeek explains John Boehner's plan to sue President Barack Obama for "usurping" Congressional law by extending the deadline for the ACA's mandate. According to NewsWeek, the issue Boehner has with Obama's executive order is that it amends the ACA by removing the lawful deadline.

President Obama signed an executive order alleviating businesses of the 2014 mandatory health insurance deadline. The executive order allows small business to wait one year and allows medium-sized businesses to wait two years. According to John Boehner, the executive order went too far.

The President has the right to faithfully execute the laws, which is where the power to sign executive orders originates. However, the President is not allowed to change laws without prior Congressional approval. Both Democrats and Republicans backed the plan to extend the deadline, but now Boehner will go on with the lawsuit, even though many Republicans disagree.

This issue is sure to stir debate among constituents; it already has at the social commentary site called Yabberz. For discussions, go to www.yabberz.com.

Illegal Child Immigration: Mexico is Behind It

Yabberz commentator, BigPun, has discovered a Spanish news site, El Universal Nation. The news site details a Mexican program that may explain the recent influx of illegal child immigrants. Mexico has issued 72-hour free passes to all Central Americans. During those 72-hours the Central Americans are to be treated as citizens and are allowed to go anywhere they'd like.

The program does not specifically cite the US as being the end-destination, but Mexico has not offered permanent residence to those immigrants, which leads many to believe the entire program was designed to allow safe passage from Central America to the US.

Many people are outraged by the notion that Mexico is helping its own citizens, and now Central American citizens, to cross the US border illegally. A recent Rasmussen poll suggests nearly 50% of voters blame Barack Obama for the surge in immigrants. Many other Americans believe Mexico should pay the United States back for all costs incurred. As for the Yabberz commentator, BigPun, he agrees.

Obama Offered Marijuana in Colorado Club

Yabberz has a post, created by member BigPun, showing Barack Obama being offered legal marijuana in the state of Colorado. Obama doesn't engage in any light-headed activities, but he does laugh off the offer.

Given Colorado's legalization of marijuana, things like this may occur more frequently as none of the US politicians are required to take drug tests. They saying being President ages a man considerably, so perhaps a "hit" off of that Colorado joint might have helped Obama regain some of those years.

Now it's time for the readers to weigh in. Would your opinion of Barack Obama improved had he "hit" that joint?

A simple yes or no will suffice, but feel free to opine on anything you'd like regarding Barack and marijuana.
